You retain all rights to your linked content and profile photo. However, by submitting links or images, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them for the purpose of providing the Service.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please notify us at dmca@khaosadv.com with a proper DMCA takedown request. We comply with the DMCA and will take appropriate action.

7. International Use and Legal Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations, including content and privacy laws. Xchange Social is accessible worldwide, but not all features may be available in all jurisdictions.

8. Service Modifications and Termination
